Many of the calls Michael gets are from customers who are dissatisfied with their Lighting and Ceiling conditions. Usually these two problems go hand in hand. Many times Michael has been able to raise the height of ceilings and up-date the lighting.
You might notice, if you look at the Kitchen and Bath section, the yellowish color of the "Before" pictures. This effect was caused by poor lighting which was replaced with up-dated, higher powered lighting to balance the dark cabinets. with the lighter backsplash. In addition the ceiling was raised almost 12 inches and the recessed florescent lighting was replaced with exposed halogen track lighting, bringing the kitchen into the 21st century.
Michael gets creative with crown moulding and other ceiling dressings. Pictured here are a few of his one-of-a-kind designs. The room pictured here that has crown moulding which is recessed from the ceiling has lighting on a dimmer that gives an ambient glow to the perimeter of the ceiling at night.
